Owner & Operator

EasyQ is owned and operated by Javid Heidari Tabar, an individual (sole proprietor) based in the United States. References to “EasyQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the EasyQ service.

1) Definitions

• “EasyQ,” “we,” “us,” “our” means the EasyQ Services operated by Javid Heidari Tabar.
• “You,” “your,” “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Services.
• “Customer” means an organization or individual using EasyQ to manage appointments, virtual queues, or customer communications.
• “Content” includes any information, text, messages, or data submitted to or generated through the Services.

2) Using the Services

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
• all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Services;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or systems connected to them; or
• infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused.

3) SMS Messaging Terms (Important)

If you provide a phone number or interact with a phone-number-based feature, you agree that EasyQ (or an EasyQ Customer using the Services) may send you service-related messages such as:

• appointment confirmations and reminders,
• queue status updates,
• service notifications, and
• support or administrative messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

You represent that you are the owner of the phone number provided, or that you have authorization to use it.

EasyQ sends SMS messages only to users who have provided their phone number and consent to receive service-related notifications.

4) Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the EasyQ Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

5) Intellectual Property

The Services and their underlying technology, software, design, and branding are owned by the operator of EasyQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law or with written permission.

6) User Content

You (or the Customer you are interacting with) are responsible for the content submitted through the Services.

By submitting content, you grant EasyQ a limited right to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Services and provide requested functionality.

7) Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We try to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8) Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. EasyQ is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their terms or privacy practices.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or goodwill, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

In any event, EasyQ’s total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing), unless a higher amount is required by law.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services, users, or others.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
